At Bonvoyay by Metanoia Travel, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be as transparent and fair as possible while ensuring smooth operations with our vendors. Please read the following terms carefully before making any bookings:

1. Client-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to the travel expert who has handled your booking.

2. Cancellation Charges: The cancellation charges will depend on the specific terms and conditions of the airline, hotel, tour operator, or any other service provider associated with your booking.

3. Non-Refundable Services: Certain bookings, including but not limited to promotional deals, last-minute reservations, and peak-season travel, may be non-refundable.

4. Partial Cancellations: If you cancel a part of your itinerary, the refund amount will be calculated based on the policies of the service providers for the cancelled segment.

5. Processing Time: All cancellations are subject to verification and confirmation from vendors, which may take up to 30 days.

3. Service Charge Deduction: A non-refundable service charge will be deducted from the refunded amount before it is transferred to the client.

4. Mode of Refund: Refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. No Show & Early Departures: No refunds will be issued for no-shows, early departures, or unused services.

6. Force Majeure: In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), refunds will be subject to vendor policies.
